BBTF 2023 Trade Show: Registration Opens for Unforgettable and Eco-Friendly Travel Experiences
Calling all travel enthusiasts! Get ready to embark on an unforgettable and eco-friendly journey at the BBTF 2023 Trade Show. The registration for buyers and sellers has officially begun, starting in December 2022.
This prestigious annual event will be held from June 14th to 17th, 2023 at the Bali International Convention Centre (BICC) in Nusa Dua. Supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, BBTF has become a significant promotional event in the tourism sector since its establishment.
Excitingly, this year BBTF has gained support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who will participate as an overseas partner for the first time. Their involvement will help connect Indonesia’s potential to the global stage, attracting international media and buyers to witness our rich culture and tourism potential firsthand.
The synergy between BBTF and the Badung Regency, which boasts diverse destinations, has strengthened the brand positioning of Bali as a quality tourism destination. After successfully hosting the G20 and globally recognized industry side events, Bali has earned positive recognition worldwide.
Sustaining the tourism sector’s growth and economic importance in Indonesia and Bali is a joint effort. Through synergy and collaboration, BBTF aims to maintain and promote the tourism sector while highlighting the importance of quality and sustainability.
The BBTF 2023 logo concept, Dewata Nawa Sangha (Nine Gods), represents the spiritual cardinal directions and the nine holiest temples in Bali. The number nine symbolizes perfection, and with unwavering support from stakeholders, the upcoming 9th BBTF in 2023 is expected to be a significant milestone.
The theme of “Reconnecting to Quality and Sustainable Tourism” signifies the relevance to current and future business trends in the national and global tourism sector. BBTF encourages tourism concepts that prioritize interactions between tourists and local communities while providing various benefits such as cultural awareness, environmental preservation, and economic growth in the local business ecosystem.
In today’s travel landscape, travelers are seeking more than just a vacation. They crave experiences that focus on wellness, healing, sports, culture, and humanitarian causes. They want to actively engage in conservation efforts and create meaningful connections with communities to find happiness and purpose in life.
“We have the asset of diversity in Bali, making it the perfect destination. By immersing themselves in local wisdom, traditions, and culture, we hope that travelers become agents of economic growth and contribute to environmental preservation,” said I Putu Winastra, the committee chairman.
Join the BBTF 2023 Trade Show and be a part of the change towards unforgettable and eco-friendly travel experiences. Together, let’s prioritize quality and sustainability in tourism and make a positive impact on our planet and communities.
