Experience Mind-Blowing Doctor Consultations with Revolutionary MOU Uniting AI and Tele-Health Giants

In an exciting development for the healthcare and wellness tourism industry, leading partners IHTPB-ATM SEHAT-JDNI-BMTA have come together to develop integrated AI services. This collaboration aims to create a state-of-the-art call center with native doctors providing teleconsultation services. Through this remarkable endeavor, patients can expect mind-blowing doctor consultations like never before.

The groundbreaking MOU was signed during the WTN SUMMIT-TIME 2023, held at the exquisite Renaissance Uluwatu-Bali on 30 September 2023. Among the key figures behind this venture are Dr. dr Taufik Jamaan, SpOG, a highly experienced CEO of numerous hospitals in Jakarta with over 20 years in the field. Additionally, Ns.Sigit M.Nuzul, S.Kep., who boasts a decade of experience in health and research, plays a crucial role in the creation of the IOT 4.0 device.

The primary focus of this device is to develop a telehealth easy access system that supports the digitalization of health service providers in Indonesia. Among the features included in the system are a dashboard report for ongoing e-medical records, a patient app with early disease detection capabilities, secure e-medical records, health consultation and precision medicine information, a Doctors App, and teleconsultation services that obtain patient data with their consent.

It is worth highlighting that ATM Sehat, the first winner of the ASEAN ICT Awards 2019 in Laos, has played a significant part in bringing this device to life. With its strategic AI capabilities, it is expected to drive growth in the IOT health tech sector and ensure the success of Medical Tourism Indonesia.

IHTPB, alongside its stakeholders, is fully committed to assisting the growth and improvement of Indonesia’s medical tourism. To achieve this, they plan to organize events for discussions and the sharing of challenges faced by the industry. These discussions will aim to set the right direction, particularly in terms of integrated AI development in call centers and native doctors’ teleconsultation services, which are set to launch in 2024. This will effectively make these services accessible to the market.

The participation of all relevant stakeholders is key to the success of this objective, as noted by the panelists at the WTN SUMMIT-TIME2023 in Bali. Dr. Peter Tarlow, President of WTN based in Texas, and Juergen Thomas Steinmetz, Chairman of WTN based in Honolulu, emphasized the need for unity within the ecosystem of medical tourism in Indonesia. They stressed the importance of deciding the direction of services and identifying the market that needs to be targeted. Moreover, they highlighted the significance of coordinating medical tourism with nursing, ensuring excellent language skills, and generating publicity to raise awareness of Indonesia’s exceptional medical tourism offerings.

With this remarkable collaboration, patients in Indonesia and beyond can look forward to mind-blowing doctor consultations that harness the power of AI and telehealth. This groundbreaking initiative is set to revolutionize the healthcare and wellness tourism industry, putting Indonesia on the map as a leading destination for cutting-edge medical services.
